CURTIS JACKSON, THE RAPPER FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIFTY CENT?
Perhaps in honor of Prince, the Rapper formerly known as Fifty Cent could change his name to Seventy-Two Cent. According to reporter David Owen with the Hartford Courant newspaper in Connecticut, the Bankruptcy Judge presiding over his Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Case confirmed his proposed reorganization plan in which it is predicted that unsecured creditors will get about seventy-two cents on the dollar. He is supposed to make the first payment – almost seven and a half million dollars – as early as next week. In addition to payments from future earnings, Mr. Jackson’s Connecticut mansion is to be sold and the net proceeds paid over to his creditors.
